Its quite simple imho. TUD needs $$$$$$$$$. There is no blockbuster news comin in the short term. Just a dilutive deal. Or if you believe Dingdong, an acretive deal!!!!!

2 months ago TUD hired a head o capital markets. Anyone know why? Cuz they dont neede $$$? THey also made some promotions in the IR group. And guess what? TUD IS DOWN CLOSE TO 25% SINCE THEN!!!!!
