Goldstorm and Perfect Storm results

Perfect Storm results are interesting.  The last hole reported to the Southwest was the strongest so far.  I get the sense that it's a massive deposit and will take much more exploration down toward the Iron Cap boundary to find the highest grades.  I continue to feel Iron Cap and Perfect Storm are connected in some way similar to Mitchell and Snowfield.  The Iron Cap deposit ended suddently at the North Iron Cap Fault, and like Mitchell/Snowfield, there is now a large area of several km to the west showing shallow mineralization at Perfect Storm.  That being the case it is easy to speculate that Perfect Storm will eventually prove out at similar size and grades to Mitchell, Snowfield and Iron Cap - each of those are in the 33 - 40 million oz. Au range if you include Inferred.

The other element of that speculation is the Brucejack and Sulphurets Thrust Fault intersection is also in the same area, so there is potential for an even greater surprise.

On the Goldstorm side, GS-21-113 is such a monster with high gold grades toward the suface and high copper grades at depth.  They simply must go after that northeast area in a big way, since it could expand the size of Goldstorm significantly in the time they have remaining this year.  The high gold grades are in the 300 horizon which could both expand the size and increase the grade of the open pit.  My sense is that they will achieve the goal of converting Inferred to Measured for the open pit Au, which in my mind was the most important resource to target.

Ken Konkin’s decision to move his available drills is 100% in agreement.   The market knows there are ounces and there are economic ounces and the economic ounces are the drivers.  PSZ might well be a monster, but the grades and depths might be a bust or a bonanza.  I wouldn’t bet the farm there just yet either.  At Goldstorm they have a ripening economic mine model to build. & ...more

Zorg..Or anyone else. Are we feeling gold storm is larger than perfect storm zone? I've felt GS could easily be 60 million oz...yet PSZ has a huge magnetic abnomally. Any one have  any ideas on this or is it all too premature?

It does not look like the magnetic anomaly is the souce of the gold more like it's formation allowed gold to move upwards, I suspect as they drill further towards the fault line the grades will increase and scale of the deposit, even so GS on its own is worth a fortune !

Thnx for that insight. ES has said at least 60 million oz....he's so far dead on ( and that could be on gold storm by itself.)

The GDXJ was doing so badly for the last 12 months and it dragged down everything. I am hoping that TUD can buck the trend and rise above 3 on its enormous results. However, I think if it were last year, it probably would be 5 or more.

JCW....or anyone else... how does that work on effecting the GDXJ- I have no idea how it effects the ETF.

I'm my opinion......,,I'm not worried at all. I am an investor. I'm not a trader. Look at what we have and look at what is happening. We have a billionair owner . We have a billionaire investor. We have in my opinion the best geologist team money can buy. We are in one of the best areas in the world to invest. We have a multiple billion dollar resource and growing extreamly fast. GDX and GDXJ is the overall gold market indicator and it affect the general trend of all gold stock. It usually runs ahead of the PoG and in the last down cycle of GDX, it took more than 4 years to exhaust. As for this time, we only have run through the first year and most people were hoping that this rally is only temporarily stopped, and we really have not reached the peak yet, because it has ...more
