a whole day of posts from the likes of fordster and jetstream whining about things NOT relevant to the tud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
manipulation???? tuds in the shltter. failed financing from 1.5 months ago. new financing in limbo......
i said it before, the press release on the new fiancing was manipulations imho.......clearly tud couldt close on the 1st financing..........so they issue press release sayin due to increased investor demand, theyre upsizing deal...............in the fine print, they mention they cut price 20%............thats manipulation....imho
as i said before, i dont see how they can close the $8 million on time and on the same terms.............
best case scenario??? they close on what they have ???? Uncle Eric picks up some slack to bail them out???? how much do they really need? how much cash is in bank???
