JS, reading between the lines, of course they had visible gold...they stopped their drilling. It seems like that would nullify the LoO when it expires in a few months. Either way, it benefits Tudor. Let's pretend Sea drills through TC and sterilizes PSZ and GS: they must compensate Tudor, Teuton and AmK (fine with me) but they're full of grunt if they think they could pay that off.

So a grin by KK is now sufficient evidence to assume that SEA geotechnical drilling has found something "extremely interesting" that caused SEA to stop the drilling and jeapardize the billion dollars it has invested in KSM and its potential to be mined. Do you realize how nutty this sounds?

I think I may have answered why SEA stopped the geotechnical drilling, see below. We shall see. If KK found the assay results of the geotech drill core to be interesting, he should say why. Would it impact SEA's application for renewal of the MTT LoO?

They need to complete the drilling if they ever want to apply for a permit....SEA own documentation says that....why did they not finish that?

I think SEA very likely finished the drilling they had to do. They need to renew their License of Occupation and apply for the permits to built the entire MTT. Failure to do these things would be negligent on their part.

I can guarantee you they have not finished drilling.....their own documentation says that if they want to apply for a permit they will need to complete the at least 20-30 more holes....

MTT facts: '..To obtain the required data, KSMCo expects it will have to drill 40 geotechnical holes along the MTT route and at the MTT portals, which were planned for 2020 and 2021. As a result of a late start in the field work due to the Pandemic related restrictions and subsequent reduced manpower, only 7 holes were drilled in 2020. With Pandemic restrictions still in place, we estimate

Thanks Jetstream for posting the link.  I had forgotten where I read some of that info, very helpful to re-read.  Here is a couple of quoted paragraphs from the report (TCrelave already posted some of this). "KSM Mining noted that it currently holds permits entitling it to commence construction on the MTT portals and the initial 100 metres of the tunnels, but not the entire length

Great post Rockport and Jetstream...It sounds like the permits are still pending. This clearly puts the MTT in proper perspective. Personally, I couldn't get that link to work. Would one of you mind reposting it? Whats the status of their "fish pond" and water treatment plant? Ive studied our entire length of our mountain range and cannot imagine where they could possibly put the

I think I recall Rudi saying in an interview that their geotechnical drilling has been finished so they can apply for a renewal of the MTT License of Occupation? If so, that's why they stopped drilling. We will learn more if SEA gets the LoO renewed. No doubt they need it. I'm not betting against them.
