irony might not be worth muchIf they don't find anything with the drilling this time, irony might not be worth much. Its been a while but as i recall, the stock price sort of died the last time Dixon and Ric Walker geologist did not drill anything valuable and this time they obviously need to get drill lucky. Maybe they will get lucky, maybe not. If they hit, they will be in the zone, just like a Vernon Wells hitting a HR! (2nd highest paid baseball player (LA) making a reported $26 million a year to wear a helmet and swing a bat) If jsp hits some good 'wells' at irony then we might get that $26 million x 3 added to our wallets! Lets cross our fingers that Mr. DeBrisk gets in the zone and makes Mr. Dixon look good.
There's one thing that we want. Fairness. I agree with other posters that the stakes have gone up and we don't need any more excuses. We just want the sp to start performing, perhaps it called creating shareholder value.
I checked on some of the latest acquisitions that have made headlines. Barrick took over Equinox for their six billion pounds of copper for $7.3 billion. An analyst said that Barrick paid roughly
.50 per pound for all Equinox's Copper RESOURCES. They may have overpaid. Now you don't have to be an analyst to put two and two together that Dixon does not have an equinox at isintok, not even close. jsp doesn't even have a compliant resource yet. It was pointed out to me that AMC's report speculated so far that Isintok might have suggested unconfirmed resources over 300+ to 500+ million pounds of copper and potential for more based on the size of the property (and with more targeted drilling the pounds may go up from there). Then it might be a second Vernon Wells reality cheque. Yes, they need to get that done.
Anybody know what is happening with the MacFarlane situation?
