As they say "the proof is in the pudding" - based on the pudding, I can't argue with you. The properties don't have any value. Some people obvoiusly felt there was a time when the properties had value or they wouldn't have invested but in the end they ( including me ) were wrong. Maybe Dixon can build an RV lot and get rental income.
