Just my take on things

OK, so a while back AMK submitted their paperwork saying that they had met

the amount needed to claim their option, right? So we (TUO) protested the

paperwork so AMK did a re-audit. TUO still did not accept their claim.

Now, I happen to own shares of both companies.

I don't know who to believe.

I know this has dragged on for a long time and in the meantime there is no work getting

done!! 

As far as this new lawsuit is concerned, who knows? Not me but their seems to be

alot of litigation going on!!!
