RE:Short Term Target Price For TUOGood post as usual Red. One thing I might point out though as we compare market caps is the 20% of TC owned by AMK and TUO. There is more to it than just the 20% interest held by each company. TUO has an NSR on their original 49% interest in TC .... no small thing. AMK gave up most of their NSR to the three mysterious investors plus those investors hold a significant encumbrance against any proceeds AMK may glean from the sale of the property or any income coming from same. Not saying AMK isn't in a good position regarding TC just, that as I see it anyway, TUO's stake in the property is much stronger. For clarity on this one would be wise, I think, to go back and review the revised agreement between AMK and those three investors. All that said things seem to be looking much brighter for both companies shareholders. Can't believe the progress that has been made over a short time. Thanks to the management of both companies .......bigboy.
