You could easily check online as I do with TD, however I recall dino having more shares then I do! Around 2 mill plus options. Teuton is tightly held I would say. Drawing pay checks? are you kidding? Dino not paying himself that much but there are or must be some other benefits. But come on we are running an exploration company not a city bank. DYOD
