Another Head Scratcher

Am I missing something? Or are we paying for prospecting on a property that has been optioned for someone else to do this? Do you think they will pay us back? Property optioned some time ago! This news just flowing out??? Must have been recently discovered. I guess thats why I live in Texas. Nothing else makes to much sense to me anymore! I wish we owned 100 percent of the property we are exploring actively! WW
