The market is presently assigning no value to most of Teuton's properties. I hope Dino starts entering into more jv agreements ... with good partners having learned valuable lessons in the past. Every jv agreement gives Teuton shareholders another chance ... whereas, every property without a jv is basically valued at zero by the market.
