TUO has no spin off and kept its NSR on Treaty Creek.
Maybe Dino is going to buy the whole thing and get back what is rightfully belongs to TUO.

In my opinion Dino has managed this situation remarkably well. He waited to see what would happen with the other two Amigos spinning out the Treaty Creek asset. That gives him more information on how it might go for Teuton later. He watched while the AMK NSR was retired for the perceived current value of Treaty Creek.
He now holds the only NSR on Area 1, still has a buyout option on another 1% of Area 2 and can wait for the potential future value of Treaty Creek to be discovered. It could be several times the current value. I give him full credit for holding on to all of the assets for the benefit of Teuton shareholders and I think in the long run he'll make the better deals as a result.
