TC for shares?

TC for shares?just a thought as TUD has cleaned (prepared?) the house and has only left the Treaty Creek project ..
  • Tudor has 218.461.000 shares issued, thats for 60%Treaty Creek, they don't have any other projects.
  • 100% TC would make for 364,101,667 TUD shares
  • if TUD would buy those 20% TC share from TUO, they could do that with 72,820,333 new shares
  • TUO has 57,347,000 shares outstanding. Every TUO shareholder would have an indirect ownership (via Teuton) of 1.27 TUD share for every TUO share ...
  • PLUS a premium for the carried interest...
TUO would become the biggest shareholder of TUD and if parties agree on a hold period for some years, they could also prevent from a hostile take over attempt.
Wouldn't that make some sense, likely, unlikely, comments...?
