I suspect protecting the shareholders from some kind of predatory massacre like the above lay behind Teuton's proposed spin out of the treaty creek interest in the first place..
Unfortunately, i was unable to attend the annual meeting this year for reasons beyond my control,so i couldn't ask dino directly about the studies undertaken in regard to the spin out developments -- and whether the spin out of teuton's treaty creek project was still under consideration...
