That is the most logical way to insulate the nsr from the dilutionary impact the financings the newco must inevitably undertake to function. Who knows how the market would react in regard pricing the luxor spin out. It might end up at much much less than a dollar a share
... And then a predator would be tempted to take out the spin for pennies on the dollar so that it could acquire the nsr...For a paltry x million dollars they could get ownership of the potentially of an nsr that could pay out as much as a couple of hundreds of millions of dollars.
Theoretically it would be best to get the buyer of the teuton interest in treaty creek to pay for the spin out of the nsr and the rest of the teuton property stable. Dino is way ahead of us and he probably has already figured out how to maintain the nsr for treaty creek in a non dilutionary environment until he can maximize its value for the shareholders.... what will be will be... I am just trying to input some common sense into the retention of the nsr for treaty creek into the discussion...
