@18:25 Kelvin explains the difference from Treaty Creek to KSM (Seabridge)....

In numbers this means in my opinion capex for Treaty Creek of 0.5 - 1.0 billion while for KSM at least 5 billion are necessary.

Such facts will be kept in mind by any potential buyer of the projects...

With recent inflation?....by the time they do the capex on Seabridge MTT...it's going to be 8 billion. 'Hell you can't get out of the grocery store any more for less than 100.00

The FED is committed to $120 billion in bond and refi money a month. Presdident elect Biden will announce another $1.5 trillion in Covid relief and stimulus tonight, including a supplement immediate $1400 boost to make the last $600 individual stimulus into $2000 net.  What the outgoing person said he wanted out of Congress anyway. Much more to come.  It should be biased towards ...more

Let's unpack: .I assume that  the direct payments to individualls and unemployment benefits will be sent out shortly after the 20th. It might take a bit longer for the 350 b $ of help for goverments to have an effect on the economy. And I guess the same holds true for the 400 b $ to combat covid.

Marcus, a stimulus on this scale, combined with FED near zero rates, and their massive bond support, is new territory.  However, Wall Street is making noises about sectoral rotation expecting an expanding economy in response, away from hot FAANG and into durables, manufacturing, materials.  Employment and retail is not going to recover until Covid is under control.  But it may be ...more

I am out of my depth with regard to your first points but speeding up the vaccination programm is bound to be good for the econonmy, because that is the only way buisnesses will be able to flourish, including the labs that have slowed down the drilling. More importantly, people will travel and dine again. Me too. Also, giving 1400 $ after 600 ...more

CG-"The overeducated are worse off than the undereducated, having traded common sense for the illusion of knowledge." - or is it strictly derangement syndrome? Hard to tell as I do enjoy the technical reads when the fog lifts.

Ignorance is bliss, but doesn't mean your in a good position. True story: our forefathers only wanted the educated of the US to vote: that came to 6% males who owned land. Now look at our great potential!

CG - Are you really as ignorant as you appear or are you a CCP sympathizer?  Either way, I think you are a menace to a free and open society.  If your totalitarian heroes indeed take power (still in doubt), all truth tellers will most likely be put on ignore as you suggest (or worse).  Dangerous times indeed.
