if there actually is a spinout dividend
You won't collect it if you don't own any shares by the announced dividend closure date... 1 cent 2 cents 5 cents 10 cents 20 cents 30cents for the newco.. how would i know... All i can say is I suspect the current teuton share price does not reflect much of any value for the luxor property holdings.. That is a backhanded way of opining that i do not think the teuton share price will miss a significant beat when the luxor properties are split away from it. well what do i know...i can only speculate...

I'll say it again..... Tueton is a resource company. They accept money and shares and production income if another company wishes to explore and develop their property. They may invest in the other company shares on private placements..... End of story.......

In order to collect spinoff shares you must own clear and free all your shares. If you buy shares after or on the declared date you will not receive spinoff shares as you do not own them yet!!!!!!

the shareholders have to vote on a spinout so the date of issuance of the newco shares should be well advertised.... hopefully the potentiality of a spinout dividend will attract some anticipatory interest in teuton shares... we'll see...
