It was when PAVI took over, and as I understand it, PAVI is the 2/3 partner of Balabag. They're a welathy philipino family office (if I remember correctly). It is the thing that gives me pause. I'm hoping that move was only made possible by the almost complete lack of interest in investment in Mindoro. TVI has a deeper investor base and more a recent rise in price. Let's get that pour done, and see if we can ride high enough for some of you with higher priced buys to B/E and more.
