RE:comparables

RE:comparablesThe problem with finding a comparable company is that TVI Pacific is a holding company and not a producer. TVI invests in other companies and only shows income when they buy or sell stock or receive dividends. Holding companies always trade at a discount to Book Value. (You could look at Pinetree Capital, or HODL in the crypto space.) Of all the companies TVI Pacific has invested in over the years, only one has any value - TVIRD, but until TVIRD is listed on a public exchange, the true value is unknown. TVIRD is going to have a lot of cash flow in coming years, and hopefully some of that money will trickle down to TVI in increased dividends.
