The calculation would simply be the totoal value of TVIRD ( outstanding shares X trading share price, converted to CAD) X TVI's 30.6% Divided by TVI total diluted outstanding shares.
Just for fun TVIRD total 10 B pesos = $245 M cad, X 30.6% = 75 M cad,Divided by 750 M shares= .10 share
