From the corporate presentation: "TVIRD will resume the pursuit of a listing and IPO once the government's position on various mining policies has been clarified... " so I would call this news part of the requirements needed to move towards a listing which I think most here would agree is going to be beneficial to the stock price.  MHO B

This is good news for TVIRD/TVI''s Brownfield strategy. TVI had nagavated some tricky tribal politics to get the Canatuan mine up and running. Would be great if we could partner up with some of the companies in and around Mindanao. For example the Tampakan gold/copper project has lingered for years in Mindanao. They have gold reserves of 15 million ounces. Tampakan gold "HAD"

I was thinking the same but instead of Tampakan, King King. The Villars are involved with both mines. It seems like a logical move. TVI has the mining experience. Is it possible to move the Sianna equipment to the King King site? Is Sianna close enough to process King King material? If it is, King King could start mining in the very near future. I really have no idea though. I guess I have too

Let's let them get Siana jump-started and back in production, then they can start looking around to see whom else they can help out.  This lifting of the open-pit ban has just opened a whole lot of long-shut doors, and soon they're going to be busier than a one-armed paperhanger.  The TVIRD IPO will probably get the first "fast track", and rightfully so.  That
