As a secondary comment, this is what I don't understand about this stock. Any other stock, financials come out, and it gets reported officially in the news, hits my feed on my FI's trading platform, hits Yahoo, and other finance news sites. Usually, this generates interest (to buy or sell mind you) and the stock moves up or down on reflection of the news. We went from a stock that ...more

I think that's the thing,  they do not show that they care about shareholder value.  Or respect that people once or recently invested money to support them.  I think they are building value for TVIRD, and I am getting to the point where I would  be surprised if they didn't find a way to do that while cutting out TVI shareholders.  Unfortunately, nothing they have ...more

Why don't they try some inside buying or buy back some shares

Because the cash isn't in tvi pacific . It's in tvird , a private compagny in philippine. And we own 30% of it. Tvi pacific Just get enough dividend to get the light on. There's 3 scenario where we can make money . 1) tvird going public so we can get 30% of their value in tvi. 2) Tvird gives tvi a special dividend and tvi give us a special dividend. 3) tvird buys out tvi pacific for ...more

Give us Senario # 3, I'd be happy with 30 cents a share.

I'd be happy with 10 cents haha but 30 would be great
Comment by Bludstan on Aug 20, 2022 9:28am
In your 3rd scenario, be curious to know how you get to 200M$ value? Just curious, Thanks B
Comment by Bigalex on Aug 20, 2022 1:38pm
Just a guess, 0.30$ won't be a lot for third in a few months. The majority shareholders still need to approved it. And 0.20 to 0.30$ it's the 20years high for tvi hahahah

With the current market conditions  0.15, .20  is all wishful thinking.
