TVI shareholders NEED some answers.......

Its like TVI is being run by politicians, No Timelines/deadlines, totally noncommittal .
Agata announced 4 months ago that they will wrap up this month, unless THEY find additional resources-I guess they did not find anything.Wonder when they started looking? Will TVIRD ever decide on the Limestone project?
Balabag 5a,5b and 6 drilling is complete - This could dramatically increase reserves-when will we see the resulting 43-101 ?
TVIRD has ownership of Siana/Mapawa for just shy of a year.Luckily Siana was a fully build mine operation.When will this project start up?
TVIRD has Mabilo for 7 months now, anything happening ?
TVIRD pulled a few new projects out the hat ,Pan de Azucar and Nalesbitan Project- hard to get excited about these when one considers progress with Siana and Mabilo.

Hi Rooster all valid points. I'd also like to understand why management and the board are forbidden from selling their shares. We have over 600 million shares and we see days where zero are traded.  Bid and ask under 6 digits. This should be an extremely liquid company How many shares do the insiders hold and what is required for them to continue trading.  cheers bloojay

Thanks for the reply Rooster. Still don't understand why they've been in a blackout since 2019. Typically blackouts are put in place before, during and after quartley reporting or around major news releases.  I've owned this stock over 20 years. I was around when thIs stock was over a dollar. I still believe in TVI I just wish they would treat they're shareholders with more

This blackout period for such an extended period should be a great motivator for employees who are shareholders to want to find ways to bring value to the stock and out of the black out period. I like. I like.. imho B

From what I can tell there are only 2 employees at TVI Pacific (Cliff and Patrick Hanna) and several board members.  Cliff is also CEO of TVIRD. So I would assume the other approx 800 employees are working for TVIRD. I'd really like this "Blackout" period resolved prior to TVIRD going public in 2023 Cheers Bloojay

Sure seems like there keeping the SP down maybe for good reason,something to do with the 2023 going public.  Tvi could be bought out or stocks could blend into Tvird
