From what I can tell there are only 2 employees at TVI Pacific (Cliff and Patrick Hanna) and several board members. 

Cliff is also CEO of TVIRD. So I would assume the other approx 800 employees are working for TVIRD.

I'd really like this "Blackout" period resolved prior to TVIRD going public in 2023
