So Villar now owns 49.5% of SAU and over 70% of TVIRD.
Since TVIRD is the DRIVER of any development it would make sense for TVIRD to take over SAU ,if not in totality , then at least 49.5%.
IMO Villar might need a few more SAU shares to own over 50%.
Might be a nice move before TVIRD IPO?
