This may be the final piece of the puzzlePutting Villar and obviously his hand-picked lieutenant on the BoD puts everything in place for them to pull back the curtain on this Show We've All Been Waiting For

Approval of these two at the AG&SM - obviously a foregone conclusion - will let them accelerate the closing of the Private Placement.  Then, the TVIRD IPO finally lets Mr. Market put a real-world valuation on this gem-in-the-making, which in turn flows to TVI and finally to us pilot-fish.   Absolutely, it's a "gem", it took almost as long as making a diamond, right?
