Will TVIRD BUYOUT TVI???

Will TVIRD BUYOUT TVI???In my opinion it appears that TVIRD will buyout TVI.  There can be no other reason that the price of TVI is being held down.  With all the producing mines that TVI owns a 30 plus percent stake in because of TVI's direct interest in TVIRD , TVI s share price should easily be 10 cents per share , but a fairer price today would be the low twenties..  Gold has recently been trading at all time highs and is still well over $2000 US.  per ounce.  Well above what TVIRD needs per ounce to be profitable. When TVI struggles it 's way up to 3 cents per share , somebody will dump a handful of shares at 2 or 2.5 cents per share , or put up a huge wall of 6 million shares at 3 cents , to hold the price of TVI down.  This in my opinion is being done so that TVIRD can buyout TVI shareholders at 3 or maybe 4 cents a share if we are lucky.  This will be done before the IPO for TVIRD takes place.  Good luck to all!
