Re: Tvi management

If this company was going to do anything it should have done it a few years ago and bought back millions of shares when it continually traded at half a cent, if they cared about the share holder. They've never bought back one share only taking their pay cheques. Unfortunately it's the good old boys club. I've unfortunately have been here for years from a tip and watched it go down and do a share consolidation. Now I watch it do nothing. Good luck people, I needed to vent

Yamymax - your venting is welll deserved. And your point of share buy-back is well taken. While it may be prudent to be positive about the company's future, the long timeline for shareholders patience is wearing. Shareholder angst seems to be ignored, or perhaps maybe  this site is ignored or considered the "complainer board". There is a valid argument that management appears to ...more

chief2 ,You have stated some very valid points.IMO the problem with TVI is with TVIRD, eventhough both are controlled by Clifford James.I emailed the following to Patrick Nanna this morning; TVIRD commitment to shareholders appears to be very minimal. The problem is that TVIRD has never had to satisfy or be concerned about any kind of investor base. TVIRD basically operates as a private company ...more

This management just lives the high life in the tropics - They don't care about the share price - they have huge salaries and are living the dream.  I am saying this again: I think that TG World Energy Corp was sold by Clifford James to TVI so as to double his shares in TVI. They drilled one hole looking for oil - but probably didn't drill deep enough or drilled in the wrong place.& ...more

Of course I'm not happy about the share price but hopefully when they get Siana up and running we may see a bump in SP.  As it stands now with a SP of 2 cents we have earnings per share of 2 cents and a PE of 1.  It would be a gesture good will to give a dividend of 1 cent per share. Even this may be a problem with the current trading blackout of the BOD. Until this is rectified ...more

The sp won't move until tvird ipo. Before balabag the sp was supose to rise at the beginning. We're 20 shipment of gold later and nothing change. Because tvird hasn't any public value....

With our PE of 1 Here's a list of 160 mining companies with their PE's and earnings   at quick glance it looks like the average PE is around 10 - 15% https://companiesmarketcap.com/mining/mining-companies-ranked-by-pe-ratio/ Even if TVI was trading at 10% PE this would only value TVI at 65 million   Things that could push TVI higher.  TVIRD IPO Starting Siana ...more
