Basically TVI will be late for the 1st quarter financials because TVIRD was late with the year end financials.TVIRD could have been late if they were preparing for the upcoming IPO (hopefully) gltu

The question is, could TVIRD's financials be late because they're trying to get everything in order so that they can be well positioned for the IPO? I do think that has a role to play here.. however I don't think the IPO is actually in the near future. We'll see what Cliff says in 2 wks...  imho B
