The answer to you question as to why Dr Davis did not say anything about RSX being faster, cheaper and greener is in the that PR you posted if you had bother to read the whole thing and not just cherry a negative quote to harp about.  The PR was about what the upgrades to the Demo plant and not about what RSX could do.  Dr Davis did not talk about RSX, he just posted a link in the PR that talked about how RSx is faster, cheaper, and greener.  I have posted that link below.
