one of the big selling points was Ketchikan being close to vital
doesnt sound like it would be cost efficient sending it into southern USA
vital also sounds like they are a long way off
it is possible though, guess it depends what ucore charges them and if it makes sense economically for vital.
If ucore ever gets the funding to build an SMC in LA, they will need a steady feedstock
back in the day that was supposed to be be bokan. But we all know that's will never happen
