That haphazard M3 plan to extract RO money from shareholders as a "gift" only to be replace by alaska 2023 plan ( after aidea sat quietly after funding RSX test results) that now has morphed into LA2025 plan. See the pattern?
you can take what ucore has laid out as gospel, recent history suggests more caution.
RSX commissioning has been delayed around 5x over two yrs.
I hope ucore nails funding asap and I will gladly eat crow if my brokerage acct value goes up.
