i would assume, with some delays, we should know if DOD at least forward the other 10 million sometime in 2024. Hopefully within 6 months. OEMs should pre fund this yr too if they have delayed EV buildout too much
SMC. Needs to be started. Ucore needs a lot of money to do that in earnest. I don't want 20-30 million shares hitting the market unless they are behind funding from other source. Ucore needs to do that at a pps that's 2x higher. Not todays prices
