so would OEM pre funding
 it how much is a fully functioning SMC gonna even net in profit?

DOD product margins would be slim
oems would only fund for discounts on product.  ie. Slim margins
If there were 120 million shares OS ( after more dilution) $3-5 a shares reasonable, maybe more.  But that 2-3 yrs from now.  Definitely upside potential but the $100 stuff is nonsense 
heck. $10 would be killer in 2028
of course we could still be running trials by then
