pat is putting a pretty high amount for the 2 potential offtakes.  Up to 35 million I think 
if ucore came in on their low end of DOD and offtake money, we still may need 30 million from shares or debt.   Basically half of the SMC might need to be dilution/debt
better deals may me only around 15 million.   

24-30 months from now, if SMC running with only 1/3 of it financed from debt/equity and LA tax credit start kicking in to help margins,  ucore can be in a much better place
I don't see $75 , heck it's hard for me to fathom $7.5.
ryan says 678 million and25% ebidta
lets cll it 450 million and 20% ebidta     Would value a running SMC with customers and solid  feedstock sources at a few dollars a share.  Possibly $5-7 on a hyped run up.
only 100 hurdles to go.   It moves like a tortoise but it does move forward.
