think dragon thought lynas may want to use RSX    Think they ever heard of them?   Or care?
it's possible that RSX winds up greener and more cost effective than lynas SX
its also possible its not impressive enough for DOD to
move forward   We just dont know and may not till 2025   Whats another yr?
