Pat Ryan's background is the automototive industry as he clearly stated in the interview this morning. I definitely agree that they have a major auto manufacturer/magnet maker interested in offtaking REE oxides for magnet production.  Of course there is currently an NDA in place. Offtake agreements would be another piece to the puzzle but until Cdp is proven to work effeciently enough to warrant  funding from non dilutive sources, it wont matter the niche is solid and needed but 45 million from soup to nuts is alot of coin if ucore got reasonable funding tommorow, i would scoop more up   Even at higher prices   Because price would probably pop for awhile

Pip AIDEA is chompin at the bit to get on board. Clearly they will go through a very indepth DD phase that will probably culminate with the results of the CDP (commercial demonstration plant). Ucore is 100% trending in the right direction, still more hurdles to jump through but the trajectory as I see it is moving where it needs to be!  3 month ago we were all complaining about the results of

Rod 3 months ago this board was predicting a rise to $3 on RSX results so there is that. results of commissioning may be spring of 2023, it's not commissioning it till mid 2022 now somthat actually means around November in ucore world. techno assessment doesn't happen in a day, it took twice as long for RSX results to come out. so we can be a long way from the thought of funding.

"If they get funded" is nothing more than just moving the goalposts. Which is fine, as it creates the type of sentiment that will keep the stock down and allow more accumulation. The reality is, based on recent concrete developments (plural), the future is bright. And I will base my decisions on what we know---all of which looks very good
