That article is written by (or for) Mark Smith, the Molycorp CEO who drove it into brankruptcy with his idiocy and mismanagement. Its successor is MP Materials, which is not using RSX, and is now commissioning its 20K tpa separation plant, which is greener than China. Suppose it's possible that MOP could use RSX at some point if they thought it made sense - would have top be some comnbiantoon ...more

Now former Molycopr CEO Mark Smith has pivoted to calling Niocopr's Elk Creek deposit, a critical minerals deposit, with multiple critical minerals, including rare earths. Hence ihis article. A total piece of garbage, lying, moron idiot, if ever there was one.

BTW, I don''t hate Mark Smith. I love him, because I made a lot of money shorting Molycorp in 2011. It went against me for a while (every time Smith lied), but I hung on and cleaned up.
