Glad u said it asdomke when I say it I am complaining  it stinks when it's the truth not saying ucore can't nail a deal but if we are honest with ourselves, next time is the first time I would be a rich man if I had a dollar for everytime a deal is around the corner

If a deal doesnt include funding, it isnt a deal until they can get the $$$ to build SMC from reasonable, no dilutive source, they could have 10 deals that amount to squat remember the smc2 "deal" in kentucky???

If Ucore gets dilutive $$$ to build SMC, that's a deal. It may not be a deal you like as a shareholder, but it's a deal.

Thats not a " deal"   Thats just killing the stock even at this price  , diluting would cut pps in half thats not what i am hoping for but these are the same guys who did a massive RO and a 10/1 split   So would not be surprised at all

I trusted Bill Barr's summary of the Mueller Report more than I trust Ucore management's summary of the RSX Independent Report. At least the Mueller Report was eventiully released. The RSX Independent Report sill has not been.
