Seems like debt celing may be settled OEMs killing each other to fund ucore Fed money on its way maybe cdp commissioned in 2023, trials thru 24 SMC in 2026 only 4-5 more PPs before funding $75 is a coming back up the truck Easy 10x Heck maybe 100x after 4th SMC built ( mars?)
