Ucore's Shoestring Option.

Over the years of my lifetime I have gotten out of and into a lot of trouble with these few words.  "If it was me how would I do it."
As all of you know Pip and me agree on very few things, but the one thing we do agree on is that funding is key to Ucore.
So I asked myself this question.  If I had to get Ucore up and running with only ten million from DOD or stock sell.  How would I do it.

We know from Pat's video update on LA.  That each section of the commerial plant AKA the SMC.  Can be built without shutting down the other sections of the plant.  So the plant can produce REE oxides and build the next section at the same time.  Each section has three production line.  One will be heavy REEs and the other two will be light REEs.  The first section was priced at 25 million but with inflation is now up to 30 million.  If I only had ten million, I would build just one production line to do Heavy REE oxides and contract out acid recycling.  That way you are in production of heavy REE oxides that in a pinch could self fund the building of the other two production lines.  Just a thought to kick around.

Question Dragon:  Why not do one "light" production line before the Heavy oxides line ? Peace, Good decision-making to All, ElJ

Dea ELJ, You make more money off the heavies than the lights and DOD is mostly likely the one you are selling to and they want heavies. Dragon

Dragon 10 million is building a production line? first phase is at least 45 million.  Even if it wasn't, you assuming profits to self fund the rest even if it was profitable, may add a few million.   U think that a 10 million capex gonna produce another 20 million to self fund? if that was within the realm of possibility, OEMs etc would be shoveling wheelbarrows of cash to ucore ...more
