Going Fishing!
Dear Pip,
Okay, I admit it. You were right and and was wrong on how much the first stage was going to cost. I have just one question. Where did you get your information?
Shortly I am going fishing with my brother for two weeks to a month. Back in the 80s My brother picked up a well build cabin and 10 acres out in the middle of nowhere at a tax action. Uncle Bud and him turned the overgrown jeep trail into a road and buried a power cable. Then they cleaned out a drainage area and made into a two acre fish pony. Still no cell or internet out there. Only cell service in down at the store/gas station. For many years couple of lights and a four outlets was enough. But finishing wiring the cabin in on his retirement honey to do list. We have grandkids to do the crawl place and loft. So fishing and working on wiring is what we are doing for April.
Pip, I am going to sell a ETF that is going sidewise then pick up 15K more shares of Ucore.
PLease! Please! Pretty! Please with a cherry on top! Keep doing what you are doing. Doom and gloom all over the place. I would like to drop my cost per share as low as possible.

dragon enjoy a month of solitude when you return perhaps as Pat said we will have that 1 offtake agreement one can only hope!
