The half warrant is pretty standard so no issue with that, and the warrant price is about 38% higher than the pp, but the part that sucks is the lowball price of 40c when it appears we were still in the downdraft of the last shares becoming free trading and chewing through them. Couldn't we get out at least one release to help support it around 50-55c and finance there? So many other RE plays are up to stupid valuations on hype and we have the goods but get diluted too heavily IMHO and not will sit in a range for another month until it closes.
