RE:SPE is not Ucore's techAnyone that is claiming that Ucore has any stake in the SPE technology is wrong or just plain lying. IntelliMet and MetalsUS have a relationship with Ucore to work together on a project that will utilize the SPE technology with the intent of seeing if the technology will work for UCU to seperate REE from the Bokan mine on a large mine sized scale at the mine site. This agreement will contractually specify the responsibility of both parties and the renumeration that will take place and when. If there was any new technology or patentable equipment developed during this project the contract would define who is the owner of that patent - unlikely in this case.
SPE is advertised on the Intellemet and MetalsUS websites as their solution to REE mining and is available to anyone who may chose to pick up the phone and call and can come to a contractual agreement with.
