RE:RE:RE:SPE is not Ucore's tech

RE:RE:RE:SPE is not Ucore's techyes, that is likely one of the key reasons that the BFS has not been started.  Ucore will have to prove that the SPE will work in large scale field application on Bokan material to be able to include the capital and operating costs associated with it in the BFS.  This will take getting bulk samples from the mine crushed and seperated to a liquid concentrate and the mine sized SPE equipment designed and constructed then design test runs. This could take some time in itself let alone access to the site.
