It sounds like you have seen the contract between SPE and UCU to know how it is structured. I do happen to know about engineering and a bit about patent law and intellectual property. SPE material composition is patented to Intellimet and that patent or any intellectual property associated with composition changes were certainly going to be well protected by Intellimet. Ucore may have had ownership over the equipment associated with the separation process but pipes and vessels are difficult to patent because it is easy to work around any kind of patent like that and would not be secret for long. So although you try to sound like you know what you are talking it is obvious you are just blowing smoke like Dermferred.
