RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:IBC ADVANED TECHNOLOGIESAnybody that thinks that Intellimet or IBC were/are going to give Ucore or anyone else their intellectual property is either not smart enough to know any better or just being deceptive. They were/are going to allow Ucore to use it under license, if it was/is proven out, but the intellectual property is going to be kept protected by their patent and the contract license. As far as the pipes, vessels and columns how do you think the ligands are going to be applied to the materials to be separated dumb-dumb if not some sort of mechanical process. That is the only portion of the process that Ucore would be able to claim any ownership of. Maybe you think it is a pixy dust sort of thing? I have read some comments by Richard Hammen that seems to scoff at Ucores claim of "proprietary SPE technology" and also indicates his belief that the MRT process will be a much higher cost than SPE.
