Here's hoping
The very lovely Paige Ellis will interview both Jim and Jack at PDAC after they announce a name change with the merger of IBC.
1) Ucore will become Ucore Hub
2) 2 spokes or divisions develope with Ucore REE and Ucore Strategic Metal Recyclers
3) Current share holders will get 5000 shares per 10000 shares owned of each of the spokes. HOPING
And if # 3 is possible how will that work. Maybe someone that knows these kind of things can explain? For I know at one time Jim mentioned issue of shares in a spoke company. ????
