The company's progress to date has been disappointing. Previous timelines did not incorporate the hold up associated with IBC buyout.

It appears IBC wanted a joint venture the whole way, and not a buyout. Izatt probably saw the purchase option as an easy way for quick cash that would never be executed. 

All agreements that may be in the works would be paused with pending litigation. 


If i had to guess (which I've been wrong before), 18-24 months after the resolution of IBC buyout may be a good estimate for the opening of SMC1 in Alaska.

Who knows whats going on with MOSP, Kentucky River Properties, and DOD.
