RE:RE:Point To PonderHonestly, it would be up to a judge to determine first if the contract is valid.

If it is determined valid, the agreement contains an arbitration agreement, which would avoid any jury trials in lieu of binding arbitration. 

The decision from that arbitration hearing would determine what happens going forward. The timeframe would still be several months I think.


My guess is, if the agreement was found to be valid, they would try to reach some kind of altered agreement or come to terms outside of arbitration. But who knows, i think the Izatt's are taking this personally.
